Wireless: Install the LBNL Employee Wireless Profile for iPhone or iPad
Purpose of the Knowledge Article
- Provide instruction on how to download and install LBNL employee wireless (lbnl-employee) for iPhone or iPad.
- If you already have the Employee Wireless but need to remove it to reinstall it, see Remove Employee Wireless Profile from iPhone/iPad
- You will need to remove and reinstall the employee wireless profile if you updated your LDAP password, or if you are having trouble connecting to the LBNL-employee WiFi

Go to software.lbl.gov on your iOS device

Log in with your LDAP information

Using the search box on the top of the left column, search for "wireless"

Select "Wireless Networking" in the results

Click Download below the "Wireless Networking LBNL-employee profile"

Click Allow

Click Close

Go to Settings

Select General

Select VPN & Device Management

You will see "LBNL-employee-wireless", click on it

Click Install

Enter your phone passcode

Click Install

You should now be able to connect to the LBNL-employee wifi
